Because our philosophy is based in obtaining total guest satisfaction which is achieved, in part by offering our guests quality products through our hotels, we are proud to announce the launch of Guest Corner.
A new product created especially for your guests in mind, this new concept will be a tangible and interactive place where our hotel guests can participate and have a more active say when it comes to suggestions, improvements and questions.
Physically
Our Guest Relation Manager is the person in charge of Guest Corner and interacts in the hotel with our clients in a dynamic way, informing them about the different activities and services the hotel offers during their stay, creating a more meaningful, personal and productive “client-hotel” relationship.
Another new idea and a project in development is derived from the Guest Corners throughout HM Resorts hotels.
We are talking about ARTIS, an active and dynamic project where our guests have the opportunity to help those who need it most and at the same time, get to know the island.
This is achieved through the expression of art, be it photography expositions, painting, sculptures or representations, and everything relating to art on the island.
With this social service we not only help the artists on the island get international recognition through our guests, but we also help raise funds and donations of every kind for the Roatan Orphanage, various education projects and environmental protection programs.
Virtually
This will allow our guests to receive advice virtually before arriving via the virtual Guest Corner on the website.
Here you will be able to find answers to questions from our Forum or FAQ page and be informed about everything relating to our hotels and through our Virtual Magazine “Hooks” with up to date informative articles about the going’s on of the island.
Before your arrival at the hotel, you’ll get to know the activities and excursions offered to explore the island and familiarize yourself with the local culture.
