At Henry Morgan Hotel and Beach Resort you will find a large selection of resort activities including sports and beach games as well as cultural and family activities. Of course our resort is surrounded by lush tropical jungle on 3 sides and a picturesque beach on the other – walking tours are also available. Resort activities are held 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm. We promise you will never be short of something to do.

Resort water and beach activities

Prepare yourself to participate with us in sporting tournaments, beach volleyball matches, archery practice or a kayak ride through the pristine, turquoise waters off West Bay beach. Of course if you would prefer to relax on the beach and read while the activities are in progress, you can do that too, this is your holiday, spend it as you wish.

Scuba diving and snorkelling

Roatan Island is famous for its scuba diving. It has been reported that Roatan certifies more scuba divers each day than anywhere else in the world. The clear blue water means excellent visibility for divers and the tropical climate offers an abundant of varied fish species. If you prefer to stay on top of the water there is snorkelling equipment for rent.

Dancing and aerobics

Learn to dance, “latin-style”! Latin dancing classes are held on the beach each day – Roberto will teach you how to do the Salsa, Bachata, the Punta and Merengue – or if you prefer to watch, please do so.
Aqua-aerobics classes are held in the resort pool each morning.

Nightly shows and entertainment

Enjoy a different show every night in our theatre – we have dancing and fire shows as well as much more. Several nights a week there is live music in the Piano bar as well as a beach party and disco night. We also screen movies for a quieter night in.

Relaxation and spa

For some the idea of constant activities and games is not the ideal holiday. If you would prefer to bake in the sun or relax under a palm tree with a cocktail, to float in the aqua waters of the Caribbean or perhaps to indulge with a massage and spa treatment – we have that too!
