About Roatan - Roatan is the largest of the Bay Islands at 125km squared, in the West Caribbean Sea off the coast of Honduras. It boasts arguably the 2nd best reef in the world for scuba diving and snorkelling (behind the Australian Great Barrier Reef) and its aqua waters and white sand Caribbean beaches make it the ideal place for a celebration. There is an abundance of things to do and activities to get involved in on Roatan – sites to see during the day or at night.

About Placencia – Placencia is located on the east coast of Belize in a picturesque setting with turquoise oceans all around and a resort of luxury and pleasure.
Placencia is a nature lovers’ paradise in the southern part of Belize. Placencia boats 16 miles (26km) of natural sandy ‘barefoot’ beaches, a mangrove lagoon, a natural coral reef and Caye Islands and a nearby jungle river system and pristine rainforest.

Corporate events and conferences – Roatan and Placencia

Corporate events and conferences can be held in our large event space – the White Coral room, which can comfortably hold a capacity of up to 300 people. We have a stage area and podium for presentations and lectures as well as all the audio-visual equipment required.
If you would prefer to host an outdoor event, we can erect a marquee tent for any number of persons. Catering and equipment can be arranged for these venues also.

Caribbean Weddings – Roatan and Placencia

A Caribbean wedding is many brides dream and with our affordable packages you can make it a reality.

Roatan Island offers a superb background for your special day – you can hold the wedding on the white sands of West Bay Beach or inside our White Coral Banquet Room.

Our resort in Placencia, Belize is well arranged for Weddings, with an outdoor venue specially designed with a dock and restaurant and photo-friendly sea angles for the perfect wedding pictures.

We can cater for all wedding requests from venue, wedding accommodation packages for yourselves, friends and family, food and beverage catering, flowers, photography and co-ordination.

Roatan venue bookings for private parties

The White Coral Banquet Room is also available for private parties and celebrations. Should you have an anniversary, a Sweet 16 birthday or any other special occasion, Henry Morgan would be happy to host your event.
