We have a selection of event venues available in various styles and sizes. We can offer you a banquet or conference hall with high ceilings (3.63m) with natural light, perfect for any celebration and excellent for photography. We also have an equally well equipped smaller area for corporate groups requiring a quiet meeting place.

HM Resorts can accommodate for small and large scale events. From a 10 person corporate workshop to a conference or wedding for 200 to 300 guests.

‘White Coral’ Banquet Room- Henry Morgan Hotel & Beach Resort
Specifications: 18m x 17m floor space plus additional stage area 11mx 6m (total area 306m2).
The “White Coral” banquet room is designed for you to celebrate any event. HM Resorts offers event coordination with particular attention to the details to ensure that your special day or your conference or exhibition is seamless from start to finish.
The ‘White Coral’ banquet room has an abundance of windows for natural light. The banquet room can also be divided into four separate, spacious rooms, giving you some options – depending on your individual event needs.
The ‘White Coral’ banquet room is a space specifically designed to accommodate to any event type. We have hosted professional seminars, conferences, exhibitions, business lunches and gala dinners as well as weddings, charity banquets, Sweet 16 birthday parties and anniversaries.

Salon/ Former Casino – Henry Morgan Hotel & Beach Resort
Specifications: 13mx 5m (60m2).
The Salon is ideal for smaller groups or private meetings. In the past this space has been used successfully for meetings and smaller scale exphibitions, speeches, presentations, team building or planning workshops. Let us know your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Corporate events and conferences – capacity, costs and equipment
Of course it should go without saying that when booking a corporate event or conference with HM Resorts, we are also able to provide the following additional services and inclusions:
- Catering for coffee breaks and breakfast, lunches and dinner (prices according to menus chosen)
- Equipment rental – tables, chairs, cutlery and crockery, Audio-Visual – microphones, speakers, projectors, music DJs etc
- Event coordination – including photographers, catering, music, decoration, set up and dismantle, transport and support staff
