Our History

HM Resorts is a partnership founded in 2008 joining together a group of hotels, resorts and luxury villas under one umbrella.
The resorts themselves are located in the Caribbean on the Honduras Island of Roatan and in Placencia, Belize. Our passion for tourism and for providing our customers with a first class experience has driven our hotel restoration and leisure activity projects.
HM hotels and resorts have grown out of a love for the simple things in life, which the Caribbean has in abundance. We try to instil a sense of style and personality into everything we do whilst maintaining a professional and friendly outward image – this ideology is evident in the experience and attitude of each of our staff, who are our most prized assets.
Our objective is to provide a unique experience for every customer. We understand that every person has different needs and desires for their vacation and we hope to cater for every person individually.

The HM Resorts Philosophy

HM Resorts advocates a new concept of lifestyle resort. We want to cater for the preferences of each of our customers – offering traditional hotel rooms and resort activities as well as private condos and villas. Each of our hotels and resorts has, as their primary focus, every luxury and pleasure required for exquisite living for our quests.
